The sparkling intensity of my water has decreased. What should I do?

Follow these few steps and contact your BE WTR technical hotline if the problem persists:

1. Check the water temperature If the water is cold, please go to step 2

If the water is not cold, try pressing the switch ON/OFF button on the box and then go to step 3

2. Check the gas bottle: Is the pressure gauge in the red areae?

If yes, please change your gas bottle as it is empty. How do I change the CO2 bottle?

3. Check your gas pressure: it should be between 4 and 4.5 bar.

To increase the pressure, use a screwdriver and turn the screw on the Co2 regulator front face.

How do I change my gas bottle?

We are happy to help you by providing instructions on how to change the CO2 bottle. Just call and we will explain everything. It is really very simple. Every six months, when we do our service, we leave an extra CO2 bottle. If you still need help, we will come out to you for a symbolic fee. Every six months, when we carry out a service, we leave an extra bottle of CO2. Remove the empty gas bottle and replace it with the new one, following these easy steps mentionned in the video.
If you still need help, call us and we will come out for a nominal fee.

I would like to schedule a service to change my CO2 bottle. What should I do?

Contact your local gas supplier, if you do not have an account please complete this form and we will get back to you in within 48 hours. Please state in the form: Machine number / address / contact person / where the machine is located.

I have neither still nor sparkling water, and gas is coming out of the sparkling outlet. What should I do?

No, check if the water stop is open (left picture).

I have a water leak, what should I do?

Follow these steps:

1. Locate the leak

2. If the leak is in the drip tray, drain it

3. If not, turn off the water supply and contact us.

I have sparkling water but no still water. What should I do?

If you have no still water, please follow these 4 steps:

1. Has the flow gradually decreased over the last few weeks?

If yes, contact your BE WTR technical hotline.

If not, go to step 2.

My Box is making a lot of noise. What should I do?

If your Box is starting to make some noise, please follow these few steps, and if the problem persists, contact our hotline:

1. Has the flow gradually decreased over the last few weeks ?

If yes, contact your BE WTR technical hotline.

If not, go to step 2.

The still water flow has significantly decreased. What should I do?

Your filter seems to have clogged up earlier than expected. The quality of your local water can vary and impact the operating life of your filter. The filter will then have to work harder to compensate for the potential pollutants in the water.

My water is not cold. What should I do?

Follow these short steps, if the problem persists, please contact us:

My first glass of water is not fresh. What should I do?

There should be very little water in the pipes after each use. If the temperature is hot, this can affect the temperature of the first glass of water.

Can I adjust the temperature?

When the system is installed, the temperature can be adjusted slightly. However for optimal sparkling water quality, the temperature should be below 9 degrees.

What is included in the price?

All subscription contracts include everything, from installation, to servicing and maintenance once or twice a year. All purchase contracts, include servicing and maintenance during the first year after which a monthly fee is charged.

What do I need to create a water station?

Do you have a restaurant, a hotel, a business, or do you want to install a system at home?
Please contact us to find the best alternative to match your need and space.

How much space do I need under-the-counter to install BE WTR at home?

You need a kitchen unit measuring 60 x 60cm furniture. For homes and offices, we can provide you a solution with a 35 L bin.

I am a tenant, can I still install BE WTR?

Yes of course, we will keep your existing tap so you can easily replace it once you end your lease.

Is ventilation needed to install the system?

There must be sufficient air circulation below the counter. An aeration grid may be required.

Do I need to drill a hole in my kitchen unit?

Not on the counter, we use the opening for your existing tap.

Is it possible to install the under-the-counter components at a distance from the tap installation?

Max 2 m for at home or offices but can be increased to 10 m for high-capacity machines, as in hotels or in restaurants.

Can I have only the sparkling and still water without having the filter?

Our systems are created to dispense both still and sparkling water.

How much of sparkling water does 1 bottle of gas provide?

Depending on the local supplier (size of the gas bottle), it’s around 400 L for at home solutions and 1,200 L for offices and restaurants.

Can I carry out a service and maintenance myself?

Maintenance needs to be carried out at least once a year. To ensure optimal safety and water quality our technicians will contact you before a service is due to find the most convenient solution.

What is the minimum contract duration ?

The minimum contract duration for a subscription is 36 months.

Is BE WTR compatible with a water softener?

Yes our systems are compatible with a water softener systems.

Do I need to purge the system ?

Yes, you will need to purge your system after more than 1 day without usage.

How often do I need to purge the system?

You will need to purge your system if you have not used it for 24 hours.

How do I purge my system?

To purge your system, make sure you to dispense at least 1L of still water and then 1L of sparkling water. Then it is ready to be used!
