Lyon, the second-largest city in France, is internationally renowned for its exceptional cuisine. Each year, the city hosts a variety of food events and festivals that attract culinary enthusiasts from around the world. Among the most famous are Les Nuits de Fourvière, the International SIRHA, and the Lyon Street Food Festival, each offering unique and unforgettable gastronomic experiences.

This month, our French team had the pleasure to participate to the Lyon Street Food Festival. The 8th edition of a four-day event of delicious treats like the great salty croissant with its delectable mustard sauce by Jean Covillaut or the unexpected yet delightful cookies aux herbes et pomme from Kreme Patisserie. The festival atmosphere was vibrant, filled with delicious smells and lively music.

This year, the festival gathered over 120 renowned chefs, including three-star chef Mauro Colagreco and the TV show Top Chef 2023 winner Hugo Riboulet. Each chef offered exclusive and innovative street food recipes that delighted the taste buds of the 52,000 festival-goers.

To make sure people could access great-tasting AND sustainable water, we partnered up with the Festival and installed several AQTiV systems throughout the festival. Indeed, our commitment to healthier and more sustainable water consumption found a perfect match in the festive and gourmet atmosphere of the Lyon Street Food Festival. Our french team was glad to taste all of the delicious gourmet available at the event, which matched perfectly with the great taste of BE WTR hydration.
