"The European Union-backed calls for a legally binding international agreement to reduce plastic pollution."
Yesterday (September 2nd, 2021) in Geneva, more than 1,000 representatives from 140 countries and numerous NGOs were reunited in the meeting.
The final declaration should be discussed next year during the UN Environment Assembly in Nairobi.
