What is the Gault & Millau Young Talents Program?

The Gault & Millau Young Talents program is an initiative designed to identify and support emerging chefs across France. Each year, this prestigious program recognizes young culinary professionals who demonstrate exceptional creativity, technical skill, and a passion for authenticity. The program not only highlights their culinary talents but also emphasizes their commitment to sustainable practices and their potential to shape the future of gastronomy.

As part of this program, BE WTR has the honor of proposing premium water solutions to the selected chefs, reinforcing the importance of quality, sustainability, and a holistic approach to the dining experience. Through our partnership, we aim to support these rising stars as they embark on their culinary journeys, ensuring that they have access to the best tools for their craft—from the finest ingredients to the purest water.

2023-2024’s Rising Stars: Our Current Partners

L’Arborescence – Loïc DELETRAZ, Charlmarlenc – Yoann Delorme (earned his first Michelin star in 2024), La Femme du Boucher – Laetitia Visse, MATKA – Piotr Korzen, Brouard – Simon Flaouter, La Table Floralie – Florian Braissand, Pulpe – Clémence Taillandier, La Table du Grapiot – Vivien Sonzogni and Monique – Julien Caligo (who also earned his first Michelin star in 2025)
